The Tale of Onogoro<\/em> Content and Copyright Guidelines<\/span><\/h2>\nThe Tale of Onogoro (hereafter also referred to as \u201cOnogoro\u201d) and it\u2019s associated game contents, images, videos, characters, music and all other associated contents are the copyrighted property of the (AMATA K.K. and\/or related parties who possess the required permissions for usage of said Onogoro copyrighted contents. Any copying, replication and\/or distribution of the above copyrighted contents without prior permission is strictly prohibited.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n
However, individual consumers\/customers\/users are permitted to share or submit images and\/or videos of Onogoro (hereafter also referred to as \u201cOnogoro copyrighted content\u201d) on sharing platforms (including live-streaming), provided that the following guidelines are adhered to.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n
\n- The images and\/or videos that include Onogoro copyrighted content are not shared nor used for commercial purposes.<\/span><\/li>\n
- The Onogoro copyrighted content are not used for non-permitted secondary usage.<\/span><\/li>\n
- The following copyright must be included.

- Onogoro is a puzzle game, so please try to keep other players who may have yet to experience it in mind.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Please do not upload gameplay-only videos of Onogoro. At a minimum, some form of commentary, editing and\/or creativity in videos that include Onogoro copyrighted content is required.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Please do not upload videos that include Onogoro copyrighted content to paid-only or premium video-sharing services (Free video sharing services that have premium plans included, for example Nico Nico Douga, Youtube Premium, Twitch Prime etc. are fine).<\/span><\/li>\n
- AMATA K.K. (hereafter also referred to as \u201cwe\u201d) reserves the right to delete and\/or request the deletion of any shared SNS submissions that includes Onogoro copyrighted content, and that we deem inappropriate, at our sole discretion.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Please comply swiftly with any requests to remove shared SNS submissions that include Onogoro copyrighted content.<\/span><\/li>\n
- We will not be held responsible for any loss and\/or damages that arise as a result of using Onogoro copyrighted content.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Please understand that we are unable to reply to individual inquiries regarding any of the above guidelines.<\/span><\/li>\n
